If you are travelling from the East
Leave the M4 at Junction 29, {signposted East & South Cardiff – A(48)M}. After approx 2 miles this becomes the A48 dual carriageway. Stay on this dual carriageway ignoring all junctions and carry on until you have passed through a set of traffic lights with a large Tesco store on the left. You then reach another set of lights with a pedestrian footbridge. Approximately 150 yards after the lights take the slip road to the left. It is a one-way road. Keep to the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights at the next junction. You will then see a set of pedestrian traffic lights and at that point turn right into the school grounds (except between 8am-9am).
If you are travelling from the West
Leave the M4 at Junction 32 and follow the signs for Cardiff. Take the exit marked (A470). You will be travelling along Manor Way which is a dual carriageway lined with houses. Continue down this long straight road through several sets of traffic lights until it bends round to the left and another set of traffic lights. Take the middle lane at these lights and bear to the right. Carry straight on to the large roundabout. DO NOT GO OVER THE FLY-OVER. At the roundabout take the fourth exit, go down the slip road and on to Western Avenue, a dual carriageway. Carry on through the traffic lights with a large Tesco store on the left and you will reach another set of traffic lights with a pedestrian footbridge.
Approximately 150 yards after the lights take the slip road to the left.
It is a one-way road. Keep to the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights at the next junction. You will then see a set of pedestrian traffic lights and at that point turn right into the school grounds.
N.B. there is a right turn restriction at the entrance to the school from 8.00 am to 9.00 am Monday to Friday.
If arriving between these times do not take the slip road but carry straight on after the footbridge to the second set of traffic lights where you should turn left. This road will bring you to yet another set of traffic lights where you should again turn left. You will then proceed for about a mile to a third set of traffic lights where you should again turn left. This is Cardiff Road and the school entrance is approximately 400 yards on the left just before the pedestrian traffic lights.
