Our new Rotary Interact committee has made an excellent start to their fundraising year. They raised an amazing £164.35 for the Marie Curie Pay for a Day campaign by running a sweet stall at the Summer Fair last Sunday. Many thanks to everyone who supported their efforts. In the run up to the summer holidays they are running two further events. On Friday 14th July they are hosting an end of term quiz night for Years 9 and 10 from 6-8pm in the Great Hall. Tickets (£4) will be on sale in school next week and all proceeds will go to Martha’s Place and Latch. On Monday 17th July, the College students are inviting Year 10 to a cake sale in Sally D’s during morning break to raise money for Marie Curie.
