Congratulations to Ffion H who made it through to the follow-on round of the UKMT Intermediate Mathematical Challenge (IMC) after achieving an extremely impressive score. She went on to achieve a Merit Certificate in this round where she had to produce six solutions to complex problems. Ffion was praised for her systematic approach to the problems and her excellent mathematical ability. As a result of her performances in these competitions, Ffion has been selected to attend the UKMT Summer School at Balliol College, Oxford in August. We wish Ffion all the best on this exciting course.
