Nursery News, 13th - 18th March

It has been an exciting end to a busy Spring Term. This week the girls went to visit the chicks in Year 2. They were so excited to see them finally hatched from their eggs and they took it in turns to hold them. The girls also had lots of fun this week when our parents and grandparents came to the Nursery to learn during ‘Rhyme Time’.  They also collaged a chick and then there was a catastrophe!  The Easter rabbit, in his excitement to visit the Nursery, had left the door wide open and all Mother Hen’s chicks had escaped. The girls had to follow the clues to find the chicks in the Green Garden and as a reward they found lots of yummy chocolate eggs, which they brought back to the Nursery to share.
