Members of the Year 10 and Year 11 GCSE Music group attended Drapers’ Hall in London on 3rd May. They were privileged to be invited to the full dress rehearsal premier of a new Opera, "The Ring and the Rose", the latest collaboration of past Drapers’ Master Sir Nicolas Jackson. The opera was performed by a group of professional opera singers with accompaniment from the Concertante of London. The students were very excited at the opportunity to meet the narrator for the event, Mr Tim Piggot Smith.
