Howell's girls compete in inaugural GDST debate

Two Year 12 students, Nia M-R and Chloe D-J, together with Isobel O from Year 11 and Doriana D from Year 10, travelled to Senate House, University of London, on July 5th to compete in the inaugural GDST British Parliamentary Debating Competition. The girls enjoyed meeting students from thirteen GDST schools. All the Howell's students performed well, with only 15 minutes to prepare each motion in three rounds of debating, and Nia and Isobel won two rounds out of the three. Well done to all four who competed.
