Following Louise S's selection onto the GBR U17 Cadet Squad for Epée, she competed in an international competition in Austria during half term. This was her first at this level, and the standard was incredibly high. She enjoyed fencing as an individual and also as part of a team, which gave her the opportunity to meet teenagers from all over the world. She has since been selected to fence in Grenoble later this month and in Copenhagen in December. In the meantime, Louise fenced in the Millfield Leon Paul Junior Series this Sunday and secured a Gold medal, ensuring her number 1 ranking in their UK-wide league. Well done, Louise!
