On Thursday 17th November, Year 13 Religious Studies students visited the Cardiff Tibetan Centre in Canton. This was a great opportunity to develop their knowledge and understanding of Buddhism in preparation for their A-Level. The students took part in a mindful meditation session and had time to ask questions. Anthony, who led the session, talked about the importance of compassion and wisdom and his journey to Buddhism.
