On Thursday morning, Hywelian and author Angela Fish visited year 4. She shared extracts from her new book, and the girls participated in a rhyming couplets workshop and were given exciting story starters to ignite their creativity. These skills will be transferred to the classroom over the forthcoming weeks.
As homework, Angela had set Year 4 a competition to name and illustrate a new cat and fox character. The winners were announced:
