Hywelian Katie James has recently undertook a gruelling climb to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for the Meningitis Research Foundation. The six day climb was extremely tough, and the altitude really took its toll at the top, but the views and sense of achievement at the summit were something never to be forgotten.
