On Friday 4th April Howell’s students took part in the annual Women in Wales Lunch in aid of Save the Children at the SWALEC stadium. This year there was a Horse Racing theme.
The event began with a champagne reception which was followed by a delicious three course lunch. Fabulous dancers opened the dinner with a routine to an updated version of the William Tell Overture. The Junior School choir performed a marvellous medley of horse themed songs. Girls modelled some of milliner Alison Tod’s beautiful hats and Dr Morris gave Bing Crosby a run for his money with his wonderful rendition of "Easter Parade"!
Many congratulations to everyone who took part; it was a magnificent occasion.
