Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu visits Howell’s
On Friday 7th February, it was a privilege to welcome high profile lawyer, founder of the Women in Leadership publication and political and women's rights activist, Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu to Howell’s. Following her empowering talk at the GDST’s Inspiring Females Summit, a group of inspired students in Year 11 invited her to visit Howell’s and talk to Years 9-12. It was a truly inspirational morning and her key messages were:
- Challenges are opportunities not difficulties
- You are worth every dream you have
- A great education (both taught and self-taught) is the foundation to great success.
