Congratulations to Year 9's Hannah J, who competed in the Welsh National Championships in Tumbling Gymnastics last weekend, and is now now ranked 6th in the nation. This is a return to the sport for Hannah, who won the Welsh national championships in Year 6 and 7 and ranked in the top 5 in the UK in year 7. Having achieved this she decided to take a break from international representation during Year 8 to focus on her school work and personal development. This year she has decided to re enter the national selection process to regain her position in the Welsh squad & GB development team. We’re very proud of her determination to get back into her sport and the hours that she has spent training to get back to being relevant on a national level. This season now closes but she’s excited to be in with a great opportunity in 2020 of challenging to be Wales number 1 and regain her Great Britain ranking in the top 10.
