This week the Prep School has been promoting positive mental health and mindfulness as part of HeadsUp Week. The girls have all been encouraged to take part in a variety of activities throughout the week. The five main activities have been: creating a mindful jar, cloud meditation, creating a word collage of little things we appreciate, partaking in mindful yoga and also being aware of our five senses when we are breathing and meditating.The girls have also enjoyed taking part in the Virtual Sports Day and were involved in a variety of wonderful activities to help raise heart rates and happiness. We hope the girls will also continue to use some of the activities in the following few weeks and attempt to have a weekend with their HeadsUp out of devices.
