Wednesday 27th April marked the Rotary Interact elections for the incoming committee, following the appointment of the new Interact presidents, Jess C. and Caitlin D. (Year 12), last week. The outgoing committee are going to be a hard act to follow. They have been raising money for a number or charities including the 5Cs, Cancer Research UK, Alalay and Gofal through a variety of events including evening social events, charity staff v 6th form netball match, cake sales and their food stall at the Christmas Fayre. The chain of office will be passed from the outgoing presidents, Jess D. and Jonny H. (Year 13) to Jess and Caitlin at a celebratory meal next week to welcome the new committee and to congratulate out-going members of Rotary Interact on all their hard work and achievements this year.
