The girls had an exciting week because they had the opportunity to share their learning with their family. They all helped Lucy Ladybird to search for her mini-beast friends in the Green Garden. They looked under logs, and searched through the forest and found a variety of creatures, from beetles to worms, from snails to centipedes. They had to look carefully and use their detective eyes to search because they were all so well camouflaged. They then painted their pebble ladybirds. Thank you to all the parents, grandparents and younger brothers and sisters who came. On Wednesday Lottie was kind enough to bring in her caterpillars, so the girls can watch them change into butterflies. They have given them names and were excited because they have begun to make their way to the top of the pot.
