The Year 12 Young Enterprise Team ‘Awyr Glas’ faced strong competition at the Young Enterprise All Wales Finals at the Sherman Theatre on Monday 15th June. Schools from all over Wales competed for the honour of representing their country at the UK Final in London. The competition was fierce with innovative products and services presented in a variety of creative ways. The students set up a trade stand, were interviewed by a judging panel of industry experts and then presented their innovative business concept to a packed audience. They narrowly missed out on victory, but were highly commended for their presentation and Abi C. was highly commended in the Young Enterpreneur of the Year category. It was a fantastic day and the students were superb ambassadors for Howell’s and Young Enterprise.
