Annabella Paterson, 2S, described the visit from author Angela Fish as follows:
On Friday 19th June Mrs Fish came to talk to us. She talked about the book she had written called Ben and the Spider Gate. She showed us some dice that gave her the ideas. The dice had small pictures on them. Mrs Fish let us ask her lots of questions and she also read us some of her new book called Ben and the Spider Prince. She gave us some spider stickers and some lovely colouring sheets with pictures of Scoot the dog, Lox and Ben, the characters from the book.
