Many congratulations to sisters Amelia F. (7S) and Isabelle F. (9S) who competed in the Karate Wales Open Championships in Merthyr on Sunday 17th June with teams from Wales, England and Ireland. Both gave a strong performances in the under 12s and under 14s Kumite (fighting) categories. Isabelle also participated in the under 14 girls’ team event. They both fought well in the individual competitions and Isabelle won a silver medal in the team competition. Very well done, girls!
