On Friday 3rd July the sun shone for our annual Super 7s Rugby and Lacrosse Tournament for students from Years 3 – 6 which took place on Howell’s playing field. Howell’s teams were joined by rugby and lacrosse teams from Llanederyn, Peter Lea, Radnor Road and Gladstone who enjoyed a fantastic morning of sport. All the children had a great morning and they demonstrated first class sportsmanship. Following the games much- needed refreshments were provided for the children. Every students was presented with a medal by Cardiff Blues rugby player, Ellis Jenkins, whom we were thrilled to welcome to Howell’s. Many thanks to Mrs Yilmaz, Mrs Holley, Mr Baker and Mrs Baker for all they did to make the event so successful.
