The nursery girls were busy learning about different types of food. They used the interactive white board to sort items into healthy and unhealthy foods as well as using their circle thinking map to help sort the foods. This led to lots of discussions about trips to the dentist and the importance of brushing teeth everyday. The girls made healthy fruity kebabs.
In Forest School they collected lots of autumn leaves for their hats. They learnt the sound 'm'. They met Fred Frog who helped them to blend and segment words such as mat, mum, mud. A big thank you to Meriam's mum for coming in to share the celebration of Eid. Everyone had lots of fun dressing up and tasting the delicious dried fruits during snack time.
