Howell’s biathletes, Nadine J. (Y13) and Louise S. (Y10), have continued to represent school this half term in the British Modern Pentathlon Schools’ Biathlon series. The competition consists of a 200m swim followed by a 1 mile run. Nadine has gone from strength to strength, securing 4th place at Millfield on 11th October and improved on both her times in Solihull the following week, winning the bronze medal in the U19s category. Louise scored a personal best in Solihull, coming 6th in the U15s. Both girls are working hard to try to achieve a place at the British Schools’ Biathlon at Crystal Palace in March. Good luck!
