On Monday 19th December the entire school, from Nursery right through to College, congregated in the Sports Hall for the final assembly of the term. Mrs Davis led a wonderful event which included festive performances from the Junior School, Junior Competition Choir (who are through to the final of the GDST Young Choir of the Year Competition 2017) and College students. One of the many highlights was a surprise rendition of White Christmas given to us by Mr Morris, Mrs Scott and the entire catering team, which brought the house down. During assembly, Mrs Phillips (Director of Music) was presented with a beautiful bouquet, to celebrate her 25th Christmas at Howell’s. Assembly culminated with a visit from the big jolly man in the bright red suit which delighted everyone, particularly the youngest members of the Howell’s community. It was a lovely occasion which was enjoyed by all!
