On the evening of Tuesday 24th April, slightly later than usual due to the heavy snowfall we had in March, our Celebration of Languages evening took place in the splendid surroundings of the Great Hall. The evening was hosted by our College Language Leaders, Marcus G and Louise S, and included a mixture of sketches, poetry, songs, Indian dancing, instrumental performances, and recitations in Latin, Welsh, Spanish, French and English. Our kitchen staff provided a mouth-watering buffet of French, Italian, Welsh and Spanish cuisine. It was a lovely evening and we would like to thank all the parents who came to support us and, of course, all the students who participated. Thank you also to all the staff who worked so hard to make it such a success. Thank you, merci, gracias, diolch, gratias!
