Georgia, Year 1, has been busy baking again recently. She carefully followed Mary Berry’s recipe to make a scrumptious Victoria sponge cake. She particularly enjoyed weighing all the ingredients and watching the cake rise in the oven. She delighted in giving her family this lovely treat and was pleased that they thought it was one of the tastiest cakes they’d ever tried! It looks delicious, Georgia!
