Howell's Prep School girls in Years 3 to 6 played against our neighbours at The Cathedral School on Friday 15th October. It was our first hockey match since March 2019 and the first match for players in Years 3,4 & 5. The girls have all been extremely excited for the past three weeks and their energy levels, in PE lessons and club practices, have been incredible. The PE deparment couldn't be prouder of our players on and off the pitch. They conducted themselves with professionalism and demonstrated superb team spirit, cheering and supporting each other when we scored or gave a wonderful pass!
A big shout out to Year 3 & 4 parents, I have never witnessed support like it for a match. Your enthusiasm and support for the players shone through. Of the score, we won in Years 3 and 5 and lost in 4 & 6, but the focus was to have fun and enjoy taking part and we certainly did that!
