It was such a pleasure to welcome alumna Barbara Forte back to Howell's on Wednesday 4th March to talk to the Year 7 History Club. Barbara was a student at Howell’s from 1939 – 1944 and she regaled students with tales of her time at school during World War 2. The girls were fascinated to hear how different Howell’s was at that time and asked many questions at the end of the talk. We look forward to seeing Barbara at events throughout the year and are extremely grateful to her for giving up her time to visit us.
