On Tuesday 10th October, our College hosted the second event in the Howell’s Lecture programme for this academic year. We were joined by Fiona Diffey from Cardiff Metropolitan University, who led a workshop investigating Holistic health and Physical Literacy. In a fascinating talk, students from Years 11, 12 and 13 discovered that there is more to exercise than physical competency! We are now looking forward to welcoming two teenagers from the Israeli Youth Delegation, a non-political and non-religious organisation that seeks to address international understanding, to speak to our students after half term.
