The annual Afternoon Tea took place in the splendid surroundings of the Drapers’ Hall, London on Saturday 13th May, organised by the London branch of the Hywelian Guild. The magnificent Drapers’ Hall was filled with school stories and peals of laughter as Hywelians tucked into a delicious tea. Sally Davis (Principal), Vanessa Yilmaz (Director of Marketing) and Cath Scott (Head of Nursery) entertained them with tales of current life in Howell’s. Five intrepid Hywelians from Cardiff braved the M4 and the central London traffic to attend this very special occasion. Many thanks to Hywelians Diana Paul (Class of 1962) and Rosemary Satchell (Class of 1953) for organising such a lovely afternoon.
