On Wednesday 1st March, the sun shone, the daffodils were in full bloom and we were all excited to wish the new CEO of the GDST, Cheryl Giovannoni, a very happy St David's Day on her first visit to Howell's. Ms Giovannoni and Mrs Davis joined the girls in the nursery for singing, experienced the wonderful celebration of music and poetry in the Junior Eisteddfod, enjoyed Welsh lamb and Welsh cakes at lunch time, and met with the Young Leaders after school to hear about life in the Senior School. We were delighted to give Ms Giovannoni the full Howell's treatment, and can't wait to welcome her back to Cardiff soon.
