Many thanks to everyone who participated in the Great Howell’s Bake Off last week, which raised over £650 for LATCH.
Trotter were the overwhelming winners, coming top in five of the overall taste/appearance categories. Second were Kendall with some noticeable entries in first place; they also topped the table for the most money made.
Third were Baldwin – they made a high number of second places count. Lewis were in final position (but are looking forward to having a go again next year).
Well done to all who participated, and to the house captains who really made things happen.
Thank you also to the catering staff for their patience each day, and Mr Jones and the catering staff for their judgments each day.
