This week, we were delighted to welcome chef Chris Stanley to Howell’s. Chris is Executive Chef at the Independent Schools’ Catering Consultancy, which supports more than 2000 catering operations in independent schools across the country. Chris has had a high profile catering career having worked at prestigious organisations such as The Ritz, Roux Fine Dining and La Gavroche and he has spent the last 12 years supporting schools. He delighted our catering team with two days of skills training, resulting in the most fabulous school lunch on Wednesday 13th June. Thank you Chris, Suzanne and team, it was delicious. Five stars!
