In celebration of World Book Day on Thursday 2nd March, we were delighted to welcome alumna and children’s author Angela Fish to Howell’s. Angela spoke to the girls in Nursery and Reception about her books and writing, and read them excerpts from her children’s books. She also generously gave everyone signed copies of her picture book, The Captain’s Favourite Treasure, and left some games for everyone to play. The girls were had a lovely time and asked Angela lots of questions. We are so grateful to Angela for joining us and making World Book Day so special for the youngest members of our community.
