The narcissus minnow bulb that Xanthe, Year 2, planted in school has started to grow a stem shoot! She has started a weekly observation chart to measure it and write about what it looks like. She is also growing an avocado plant from an avocado stone. It may take 10 years to grow an avocado, we look forward hearing about its progress Xanthe!
