On the morning of Wednesday 11th November, with the help of Blue Watch from Ely Fire Station, our Year 2 girls recreated the Great Fire of London, which started in a bakery on Pudding Lane and swept through the central parts of London from Sunday 2nd September to Thursday 6th September in 1666. The girls lined up their fantastic Tudor house models and watched in awe as the fire moved from house to house until they were burnt to cinders!
