On Wednesday, six excited Year 6 girls plus two members of staff, travelled to Oxford University for the annual GDST Maths Conference. The girls were joined by girls from most of the other GDST schools and listened to lectures by Zoe Griffiths (Think Maths), all about The Magic of Maths, had the opportunity to try out some maths activities, maths tricks and also had a tour of the Maths Department. It was a really inspiring day and the girls behaved impeccably.
