Year 8 enjoyed a great day on Friday 7th June despite grey skies and heavy rain when they visited the SS Great Britain in Bristol with the History department. They explored the ship, learnt all about Brunel in the new interactive museum on the harbourside and took part in an evidence workshop, where they got to look at original sources from the ship and the passengers who traveled on her.
