Nursery News, 23rd-27th June

The girls have been busy getting ready for the end of the Summer Term.  They have been looking at their photo journal, which will be on view at the End of Year Concert on Wednesday July 2nd in the Junior School Hall. It is amazing looking back at all they have done, and also how much they have grown and changed.
Mrs Scott was very proud on Tuesday as the older girls went to Reception for their induction day with their new teacher, Miss Gardner, and she was impressed by how they took it all in their stride and were extremely confident in embracing this new path on their learning journey.  If their reaction when they returned was anything to go by the girls are very excited about Reception in September.  The girls took part in the Noah's Ark garden party concert on Thursday afternoon and not even the rain could dampen the event; the girls were tremendous performers.  We also had a visit from the ladies from Cardiff in Bloom who asked the girls lots of questions about their garden and plants.  They were "very impressed by how much the girls knew about plants and what they need to help them grow - and they are only 3 and 4".
