Team score highly in Maths Challenge

Hannah R-S. (Year 8), Keerthika S. (Year 8), Gopikaa A. (Year 9) and Alyssa W. (Year 9) took part in the UKMT Mathematics Challenge at Whitchurch High School this week, competing against 24 other secondary schools. The competition had four rounds which involved team work, problem solving and determination. In the 'Crossnumber Round' the girls scored 50 out of 56 and also did very well in the 'Relay Challenge', getting to the 13th question. Overall the girls were delighted that they came in 2nd place out of 24 schools. Well done, girls!
