Last weekend, Year 9’s Ellie C was picked to team race optimists in an event hosted by Monaco yacht club over four days. Monaco treated them to blue skies, bright sunshine and a beautiful breeze as the 20 teams taking part in the event took to the water. Team GBR finished a very respectable 6th, a considerable achievement since this is the first time the four sailors were put together. Well done, Ellie!
