Many thanks to the Year 6 students who accompanied our College Rotary Interact representatives to Cardiff Castle on Thursday morning. They joined other local students to plant purple crocus bulbs, highlighting the Rotary Campaign to End Polio Now. Autumnal mist and drizzle soon dissipated, allowing the sun to shine through. Purple is the colour of the campaign so watch out for the flowers in the spring.
Thanks to Tia D, Sasha L, Erin M, Bethan E, Sophia K and Casi D in Year 6 and also to our College students - Angona S, Lucy N, Pascha A, Eadie D, Alaina K, Esther P and Dylan P. They all met Morfudd Meredith, the Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan who joined the gardening expedition and the fight against polio.
