Mr Dyer is holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Brighton. He was previously Assistant Headteacher and Business Manager at St Illtyd's Catholic High School. Originally from Devon, Mr Dyer now lives in Penarth and enjoys travel, good food and the theatre.
