January’s ‘Lunch and Learn’ talk focussed on how to set up, run and ultimately sell a successful business. Mr and Mrs Withers explained their fascinating journey from employees to owners and warned of the pitfalls along the way. Using their expertise from many years working in the Pharmaceuticals industry they set up Deallus Consultancy which grew from the humble beginnings of a laptop and home office to a successful global enterprise. The students were very engaged and asked excellent questions relating to their studies.
