Amelie and Ellie R recently attended the Public Schools Fencing Competition which had over 1000 entries, across all weapons and all age groups. We're delighted to share that due to their fantastic performances, they walked away with the GDST Cup. Amelie managed to secure 8th place in both the U18 Epee and Sabre, in both cases losing to the eventual Gold medalist. Ellie also did well finishing 14th place in the U16 Sabre. Both girls are at the bottom of the age group so this certainly bodes well for their chances next year.
