As we pass the anniversary of George Floyd‘s death, I would like to express my appreciation to all the staff and students who have worked so hard this year to improve our understanding and actions regarding equality, diversity and inclusion. I am pleased to share this leaflet with you which gives you a flavour of some of the work we have done. After half term, some of our College students and staff will also be presenting to our Governors and we will be appointing Equality Prefects in every form. I look forward to hearing their views and working with them.
