On Monday 26th February, Poetry Club were very pleased to welcome Hywelian Hanan Issa to talk to them about life as a poet. She shared some of her favourite authors and was even kind enough to perform one of her brilliant poems. The students thoroughly enjoyed hearing about open-mic poetry events and are hoping to plan one for our school.
