We were delighted to host the first Prep School Careers Networking Event today with support from our incredible community of parents. Years 5 and 6 were given the opportunity to meet a range of professionals during a ‘speed-networking’ afternoon. Parents gave presentations about their varied professions and then our students were able to ask their own questions. Hazelwood was bustling with excitement as girls learnt more about becoming an interior designer, veterinary surgeon, doctor, dentist, economist, environmental strategist, public health specialist and a voice-over artist/actress.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all the parents for inspiring our girls and giving up their valuable time. Thank you also to the staff that helped make the day such a roaring success, especially Mrs Holley who led on organising the event.
