The Year 6 Netball team took part in the Sport Cardiff West Regional Netball Tournament on Wednesday 14th February at The Cathedral School. With the top two teams progressing through to the city-wide final on March 13th, the girls knew they would have to play well together to advance. With 5 victories against Cathedral A, Cathedral B, Cathedral C, Danescourt Primary and Tongwynlais Primary and just one narrow defeat to the hands of Whitchurch Primary, Howell's finished as runners-up and therefore qualified for the next stage. It was a great display of performances by the team, who played well in all areas of the court. They look forward to the city-wide final in March and will continue to train hard with Mrs Price on a Monday in preparation!
