This Tuesday, Year 2 walked to Llandaff High Street as part of their Geography work on land use. It was a lovely day and we all really enjoyed the walk through the fields to Llandaff, past the Cathedral and up to the High Street. A huge thank you to our parent helpers who volunteered their time to assist with the trip.
With their clipboards at the ready, students undertook a survey of the different shops and businesses. They will use this information to compare and contrast the land use at Penarth seafront when we visit there very soon.
Mrs Jones is very proud of how sensible students were on the busy roads.
